Final Prep Meeting

Group Meeting on 15 May:   Our last group meeting is scheduled for Sunday, 15 May at 2:30 P.M.  I do apologize if this conflicts with graduations, etc.  May is a very busy month and I tried to avoid meeting on Mother’s Day the weekend before; the third week of May is full of Council program training and activities that I am involved in; and then we leave the very next weekend.    So, if at all possible, please try to attend or have at least one family representative attend the meeting on the 15th.  

The girls are asked to bring their packed suitcase to the meeting.  

At the meeting, I will pass out your EF backpacks; you will receive a packing lesson from Offutt AFB Travel Consultant Jennifer Miller; we will go over electronics and money briefly; and I need to collect all tour director tips and paperwork at this time.   I will also provide information about the group we are consolidated with. 

 IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT I GET SIGNED PERMISSION FORMS FOR EVERY MINOR TRAVELER; TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS, COPIES OF THE FRONT AND BARCODE OF PASSPORT; AND TOUR DIRECTOR TIPS AT THIS MEETING.
